At the start of the year, the UUVG made a successful application to the RHS Britain in Bloom to take part in the In Your Neighbourhood awards.
Children from Sennybridge School were invited to become involved but just as preparations were in full swing with seeds planted and a milk carton collection underway, the project ground to a halt as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic.
The UUVG are hoping to be able to participate in 2021 but in recognition of this year’s efforts we have been awarded with a certificate by the RHS.
